- Treatment/maintenance: Wood carvings that have been oiled or stained (food-safe) can be washed with lukewarm soapy water and from time to time rubbed onto a cloth with a little salad oil. Wood is a natural material and sensitive to large temperature changes. It cannot be put in the dishwasher or in the oven.
